Cadets and Staff from 2070(Glenfield) Squadron Air Cadets recently raised money for Red Nose Day. Cadets were allowed to wear their Red Noses on Parade and raffle was organised for the NCO ranks.
The younger cadets had the chance to buy raffle tickets to have the chance to be Corporal, Sergeant, Flight Sergeant and Warrant Officer for a Night. The event was able to raise over £50 and was considered to be a great success. Commanding Officer Flt Lt Steve Mayoh-Smith said: "The night when the younger cadets get to be in charge could prove to be more of a laugh than the actual fund raising night, I’m taking leave!" |
